ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our account management team will look after you through the entirety of the contract, not just the onboarding, offering a broad range of services, such as platform tool development, day to day management/reporting and tech support. You will have a central contact person that works as an extension of your team to make sure our platform meets your business objectives and agreed KPI’s.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT DESK
In addition to our account management team, Technical support is available 24/7/365 via email ticket and 9 to 6 pm GMT. Support hours can be extended by request. The team will usually provide 2nd or 3rd tier support behind an existing IT support function. Requests are usually very few and careful tracking of tickets allows any challenges to be reduced even further. Support tickets are carefully monitored and reviewed to identify the root cause and issue a fix (i.e. training, service update, content update or remedial code fix).

Migrating your existing library of content into Trustrack is managed by our engineering and document  team. Documents are conformed for multi-platform use, preserving individual document formats for sharing whilst enabling tagging, search and preview on any platform. Our team are grounded in the pre-press, rich internet, 3D, document management and video industries. It is this broad base of skills which means that we can guarantee compatibility with any document format. The default position of SalesPro is that you should load all your customer and fieldforce digital assets into the platform and we will conform the workflow for all of these for use across all platforms.

SalesPro is user-friendly and completely self-intuitive, allowing most people work it out in less than a day, however for those that feel they want to understand a bit more, SalesPro provides an in-depth online training programme for that additional support.

Additionally, SalesPro offers a hub for e-learning which can be used for hosting our clients own training courses or integrated into their learning platforms such as Articulate 360.
